Bab Al Qasr Hotel, Abu Dhabi

The hotel provides spacious and clean rooms, though it took them a while to fix an issue with the room. The service was exceptionally helpful and friendly, with included breakfast being a nice touch. The location offers water sports opportunities, but there were cleanliness issues. The dining experience was varied and good, despite minor delays in service. Overall, a mix of positive and negative aspects.

My stay at the Grand Palace was exceptional. The rooms were incredibly spacious, offering a breathtaking view of the Emirates Palace and Abu Dhabi Marina. Although the Wi-Fi quality was lacking, the impressive 115m² room on the 32nd floor with access to the lounge club area exceeded my expectations.

The hotel rooms were a mix of amazing comfort but lacking in some essentials like menu, towels, and water. The cleaning service was a bit inconsistent. The service from staff members like Sir Raymond, Amie, Joel, Jobelle, Lovely, and Theresa was outstanding, providing true Arabian hospitality. The location was wonderful for a short stay in Abu Dhabi, but some areas were closed due to events. The dining experience was good but could improve with more food options. Overall, a decent place with room for improvement.
